Do you have the skills and experience to manage a budget and increase revenue, all while earning the trust of customers every day?

We are looking for seasoned operators with experience managing high volume attractions, who are passionate about developing a programme of activities to increase visitor numbers and revenue.  You will have accountability for your own budget and will share your passion and enthusiasm through the effective leadership and development of your team.  Relationships are important as you strive for excellence and effective communication is important as you represent Welsh Water’s brand and values.

You will contribute to the development of the site business plan to ensure growth, success and sustainability.  A key part of the role will be to increase revenue and improve profitability through business efficiency, innovation and exceptional customer service.  This is a new role within the visitor attraction division at Welsh Water, you will have the opportunity to really make a difference as well as truly knowing you are working for a company that values their customers and strives to do the right thing.

To help you to relax and unwind we offer staff discounts in our Visitor Centre cafes, cycle hire and on water sports activities so you can live and breathe the beautiful scenery both in and out of work.  But that’s not all.  Other benefits include employee reward, Cycle to Work and Car Save schemes, reductions on mobile phone contracts and much, much more.

Although the treatment of clean and waste water is what Welsh Water is known for, to deliver our unique business-model, our recreation facilities are fundamental to sustaining this for the future.

If you are ready for your next challenge, then we would love to hear from you.
