This influential role will play a crucial part in shaping and delivering corporate biodiversity and nature strategies for businesses with complex value chains. Working within our corporate services team, you will have responsibility for managing key relationships and delivering nature-positive projects and strategies across a range of sectors.

As Strategic Director, you will lead a group of committed biodiversity and sustainability specialists working with high-profile international companies to integrate nature at the centre of business decision-making. Part of the strategic leadership team, you will also have shared responsibility for operational management and decision-making within the organisation, as well as responsibility for negotiation, networking and relationship building with clients and other stakeholders.

You will need at least 15 years’ experience in managing business sustainability, procurement, business & biodiversity, or a similar field. You will also need experience or in-depth working knowledge of emerging good practice approaches in managing nature impacts & dependencies and on sustainability disclosures frameworks.
