Do you want to join a purpose-driven consultancy in biodiversity and nature sustainability, advising market-leading financial services clients on due diligence, nature investment strategy and biodiversity risk management? Do you want the scope and team to drive meaningful and lasting change in sustainable finance?

As Strategic Director for Nature Finance, you will be a vital member of the senior management team and will lead a group of dedicated biodiversity and nature finance specialists in the development of ESG/Finance offerings for banks, investors and insurers. You will be responsible for driving growth in the uptake of our science-led approaches in the finance sector, advising clients through emerging initiatives and tools designed to help the financial community integrate nature into decision making.

You will be a senior professional, experienced in managing ESG performance within a financial institution. As the successful candidate, you will possess in-depth working knowledge of emerging good practice approaches in managing the financial risks of nature impacts and excel at building strategic partnerships with the sector to mobilise nature finance.
