Description

Groundwork London is a social and environmental regeneration charity, working with partners to build sustainable communities where individuals and enterprise prosper.  This position is an exciting opportunity to work in a key role in the delivery of our partnership programme with Thames Water.

London and the South-East have been designated as areas of ‘Severe Water Stress’ by the UK Government and, as such, it is vital that we use water more wisely and learn to save water for future generations.

Working in partnership with Thames Water, we offer Smarter Home Visits to customers in the London and South East regions. These visits consist of attending customer homes, giving advice on water saving and offering to supply and fit free water saving devices.

You will need appropriate qualifications such as Domestic Energy Assessor or similar and/or relevant experience together with basic plumbing or handyman skills.  You’ll need to be customer focussed, target driven and provide excellent customer service.

A full valid driving licence is essential.

This is a rolling recruitment process, so please submit your applications as soon as possible to be considered for this role as it will close once applicants have been successfully recruited.

For further information and to discuss the role please contact Andrew Bates at Groundwork London on 07535 030 257
