We are looking for a Senior Outreach Officer to join our integration team.
Groundwork deliver a series of innovative social integration programmes focused on supporting migrants and refugees integrate into life in the UK, through a programme of holistic activities including, language, employment support and cultural/community activities.
As Senior Outreach Officer you will work with the wider team to recruit new participants onto the project so that they can receive services. You will work strategically to identify and register participants, working closely with organisations and services, bridging hotels etc. After registration, you will develop a Personal Integration Plan to support clients through their time on the project.
The postholder will work within a larger Team and be line managed by the Delivery Manager.
We welcome applications from diverse communities. Lived experience is particularly desirable for this role with languages such as Arabic, Pashto/Farsi/ Dari.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team to achieve project outputs
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Lived experience and/or languages abilities would be advantageous.
