What’s the role?

You will lead on exciting projects, mentor our growing team, and work directly with clients to create meaningful change for biodiversity. From designing surveys and managing projects to supporting Biodiversity Net Gain initiatives, you’ll play a key role in shaping our work.

• Salary: £32,000–£46,000 (experience dependant).
• Hours: 37.5 per week (during the survey season, you will likely work over these hours as needed, which will be added to a flexi or over time balance).

What we’re looking for:

We are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, a strong background in UK legislation, preliminary surveys, protected species surveys, and mitigation. You’ll thrive on teamwork, lead by example, and have a genuine passion for wildlife, problem-solving, and delivering excellent client service. Ideally, you should have class licences from Natural England for protected species, such as bats and dormice, and achieved at least a level 3 Field Identification Skills Certificate.

Based in the Southwest, with opportunities to explore some of the UK’s most beautiful landscapes.
