The project manager will be an independent contractor. Compensation will be a flat fee of $80,000 per 12 months, and typically the project manager will have about 30 hours of work per week. The project manager will set their own hours, ensuring availability for scheduled calls and meetings. Most conference calls for the Collaboration occur in the 11am-1pm ET window (4-6pm UK) due to the geographic locations of Collaboration participants. The project manager will work remotely. The role requires occasional travel (when safe to resume traveling).
Because this is a contract position, it does not come with benefits. However, we expect and encourage the project manager to take time off when needed – for illness, family matters, holidays and vacation – throughout the year.
