Not-for-profit organisation Groundwork London are looking for an experienced and progressive Learning and Development Manager with the passion to create a culture of continuous learning and growth across the organisation.

Learning and Development is critical to the evolution and development of our organisation of over 300 employees.
The Learning and Development Manager will lead the development and implementation of the Trusts learning strategy, creating learning and development initiatives, designing and delivering bespoke, learner-centered skill development interventions and plans, which enable employees to grow their skills and knowledge, so that they can maximise their capabilities, and fully contribute to the success of Groundwork London.
The L&D Manager will support and enable line managers to assess individual learning & developments needs and develop future career pathways.

- Leading edge knowledge and experience of effective learning & development methods
- Experience of creating L&D programmes to address specific business objectives
- Proven ability to identify and assess current and future staff training needs and translate those into effective training plans
- Outstanding IT skills, are highly proficient with e-learning platforms and have experience of maintaining a Learning Management System
- Strong leadership and communications skills and a passion for creating a culture of continuous learning and growth
