About us

Working as part of a small, dedicated and friendly team you will play an important role in delivering data and process expertise within our business and technical operations team. You will be primarily providing analytical and administrative support to help us use internal data and systems to drive efficiencies and improve decision making. You will also provide administrative support to our project managers. 

Key responsibilities include:? 

  • Improve and maintain our business operations data – ensuring quality and consistency 

  • Maintain various bespoke tools and processes such as timesheets, project planning and tracking 

  • Support the planning, testing and implementation of new business processes and system improvements including process automation and data integration 

  • Create and update user guides, training materials, and system documentation 

  • Provide induction and staff training on technical operations tools and processes 

  • Support with internal management reporting, data analysis and visualisation 

  • Assist project manager colleagues with contracting, project financial planning and reporting. 

About you 

You’ll be inquisitive, eager to learn and someone who enjoys problem solving. You will also have: 

Essential: 

  • Experience of data management (checking data quality and consistency) 

  • Effective communication and presentation skills (training to upskill presentation skills can be provided) 

  • Experience of documenting internal business processes and/or project process mapping 

  • The ability to create data visualisations to explain key findings  

  • Proficiency with Excel 

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills  

  • The ability to be highly organised with an eye for detail 

  • The desire to improve processes and systems. 

Desirable: 

  • Experience and/or knowledge of PowerBI, Power Query or Smartsheets.

Key information 

Location:?Central Oxford (please note, there is no parking available) 

Salary:?£28,000 - £32,000 per annum depending on skills and experience
