Groundwork is looking for an experienced Programme Manager to oversee our Integration programme.
Groundwork deliver a series of innovative integration projects focused on supporting migrants and refugees to integrate into life in the UK, through a programme of holistic activities focusing on mental wellbeing and cultural/community activities.
The Integration Programme Manager will have overarching responsibility for the management of integration projects at Groundwork London. The post will be responsible for ensuring high quality project delivery across the projects. With a focus on effective operations including resourcing, budget planning, monitoring and reporting, the post holder will also line manage the Delivery/Project Managers and support them to effectively carry out their individual and team responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to strategically steer and witness the first hand benefits of the services to the refugees we work with.

- Are a strong strategic and operational leader, with the ability to motivate and empower managers and teams
- Experienced in project/operations management
- Experienced in working with refugees and migrants
- Lived experience would be advantageous
- Ability to work autonomously, using initiative and drive
