Description

This is an exciting time for someone with proven fundraising and marketing experience to join a growing team to help implement a step change in our activities. If you would like to join the growing movement of people across the UK who want to be a voice for animals persecuted in the name of cruel sports – we want to hear from you!

The role of Head of Marketing & Fundraising will assist in developing and implementing the Marketing & Fundraising Strategy. We have a bold ambition to grow income and we know there are many challenges in fundraising, but we also know the majority of the public in the UK want to see cruel sports as a thing of the past.

You will be responsible for leading and growing income from our key income streams including, Individuals, Legacies, Major Donors, Corporates and Trusts. You will be instrumental in helping shape the future direction of the team’s activities, building annual operational plans which will aim to accelerate the growth of our supporter base.

You will work closely with the Director of Marketing & Fundraising in influencing the new brand identity to connect with a broader audience and act as a brand guardian to ensure that all assets, both online and offline meet our brand guidelines.

The League Against Cruel Sports is a leading UK charity that works to expose and end the cruelty inflicted on animals in the name of sport such as, fox, deer and hare hunting, game bird shooting and wildlife crime. We rely on public support to carry out our work, which includes: campaigning, investigating, police liaison, prosecutions, research, publishing reports, and generating media coverage.
