We need ecofrindly entusiastic eco leader for a reopening of the hotel. Bilingual Spanish and English as a minimun. The person needs esperience in Hotels and hospitality bussiness. Someone energetic willing to work to make the hotel a successfull bussines but with a clear sustainability and social responsibility in mind. In Aite we are happy people the guests and the employes. Someone willing to take the challenge to live and operate in a remote area with few services and work hard. Someone capable to see the impostance of operating while respevting the ecosystem around us and making the hotel as green and self sustainale as posible. The person will be in charge of all the areas Reservation, reception, restaurant, housekeeping, pools, gardens, customer service etc... We are reopening after a big hit with Covid 19 so we have the oportunity to improve our already great operation and work to make it better. The person should not be afrain of hard work and be willing to support and help in all the areas. we need a firm believer in team work and talent development. We will like our Eco hotel to become such a great place to work that we can have people line up to come work for us and volunteers permanently lined up to come experience our social and enviromental responsibility wjile being productive. We need a beliver in the environment the people and the hard work that takes to make a sustainable place profitable.
