Description  

We are looking for an Employment Advisor to join our integration team.

Groundwork delivers a series of innovative social integration programmes focused on supporting migrants and refugees to integrate into life in the UK, through a programme of holistic activities including, language, employment support and cultural/community activities.

As Employment Advisor you will offer information advice and guidance (IAG) to support refugees/migrants to overcome barriers they face in the job market. You will specifically focus on Afghan new arrivals based in bridging hotels, often working from the hotels themselves or digitally to support clients. The postholder will work within a larger Team and be line managed by the Delivery Manager.

We welcome applications from diverse communities. Lived experience is particularly desirable for this role with languages such as Pashto/Farsi/ Dari.
