Are you a passionate trainer/mentor in the Employability sector? If so we would like to hear from you.
We are looking for an Employability Trainer to work as part of the Restart team in Hounslow. Your role will include designing & delivering on, a range of workshops that will support the clients’ progression towards building confidence, motivation and securing sustainable employment. You will need to evaluate workshops and keep accurate records of attendance as well as work closely with the Employment Advisers to offer input into the clients’ SMART action plans. Also required to provide IAG support to clients on a 1:1 basis, where necessary.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills, good presentation skills, be engaging and client focused and have the ability to understand and follow compliance process requirements. In addition, you will need to be target driven with the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a busy team and have excellent organisational and administration skills in order to cope with competing demands and tight deadlines.
A qualification in Information, Advice & Guidance would be advantageous.
