Up to £30,000 per annum
Full time, permanent role
Based in Godalming, Surrey with flexible working options available
We know that most of the public share our view that harming and killing animals for ‘sport’ is cruel. As our Digital Engagement Manager, you will inspire more people to interact with, and on behalf of, the League Against Cruel Sports.
Through high-quality, innovative, on and offline engagement materials promoting the success of the League’s work you will motivate our supporters to actively engage with us, thereby maximising the impact of our campaigns and safeguarding the longevity of their support.
You will lead and deliver the strategy and content for various digital engagement activities such as our monthly eNews, new online offering for community fundraisers, annual photography competition and supporter surveys. You will conceptualise digital experiences and journeys for our supporters, across the retention, upgrade and reactivation stages of their life cycle.
You will use your understanding of our supporters to create inspiring dialogue and work in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all projects are delivered on time, on brand and on budget. You will have digital delivery front of mind, champion a ‘think supporter first’ approach and be able to collaborate with various teams to ensure all programmes in your portfolio are supporter-centric and maximise on engagement and fundraising opportunities.
You will have experience in project management, marketing or fundraising, copywriting and be adept at designing and delivering digital strategies. You will have an understanding of using data to maximise engagement opportunities as well as experience working with designers and digital specialists.
