Groundwork deliver a series of innovative integration projects focused on supporting migrants and refugees to integrate into life in the UK, through a programme of holistic activities focusing on mental wellbeing and cultural/community activities.
The Delivery Manager will manage the planning, implementation and monitoring of the project activity and line / team manage the project team. We are seeking someone with experience in team management, leadership and project management, combined with experience of working with refugee and migrant communities and a strong understanding of the challenges these communities and individuals face, particularly Afghan new arrivals. Lived experience is a strong desirable criterion for this role.
You will have the opportunity to strategically steer and witness the first hand benefits of the services to the refugees we work with.

- Experienced in project management
- Have the ability to deliver high quality projects and reach targets.
- Experienced in working with refugees and migrants
- Lived experience would be advantageous
- Ability to work autonomously, using initiative and drive.
