Groundwork London is a social and environmental regeneration charity, working with partners to build sustainable communities where individuals and enterprise prosper. This position is an exciting opportunity to work in a key role in the admin support, data analysis and delivery of our partnership programmes with multiple water providers.
The Data Support Officer is a key member of Groundwork’s Water Efficiency (WE) Programme Team. In this role you’ll need to be technically focused, quick-learning and passionate about providing excellent support and analysis across a range of project systems. Having experience in database management and data processing will be essential to your role, as well as providing on the phone support to field staff.
Developing, implementing and testing new features will be a key aspect of the role as we grow the project. You will work closely with the Data Manager and the Geospatial & Data Services team to support the 100+ staff currently delivering the project, you will provide training to new starters and ensure the system is used correctly and accurately in order to provide timely reporting of project targets.
