Groundwork London is a social and environmental regeneration charity, working with partners to build sustainable communities where individuals and enterprise prosper. This position is an exciting opportunity to work in a key role in the management, administration and delivery of our partnership programmes with multiple water providers.

The Data & Systems Manager will play a key role in the management and leadership of the Water Efficiency Teams Programme portfolio. They will manage the programmes systems and associated data streams, whilst providing analytical insight and advice for the operational teams. Working closely with the Programme Manager, field-based operational leads and our geo-spatial data services team, the role will develop data systems, maximise efficiencies as well as identifying and resolving any issues quickly and effectively. You will also maintain close liaison with clients with respect to data and reporting requirements, performance management and efficiency improvement.

The successful candidate will need to evidence their leadership ability, alongside sound system knowledge, data management skills and reporting/analytic experience. They will demonstrate a sound commitment to the management and leadership principles and practices required to ensure effective performance outcomes for the programme. Working effectively in a fast paced environment as part of a growing team, providing high levels of support to Senior and Operational Management will also be crucial.
