This is a unique and exciting opportunity to provide the contractual leadership, performance management and financial expertise and support to our teams involved in the delivery of vital water efficiency work in partnership with water companies across London and the South of England.
The Contract & Performance Manager will support the efficient delivery of our award-winning programme delivery in the pursuit of domestic and business water efficiency, wastage fixes (low-level plumbing repairs) and customer engagement activity. As a key member of the Water Efficiency Senior Management Team and supported by wider teams across Groundwork, you will be responsible for ensuring all contractual requirements and programme targets are met, and supporting financial planning and monitoring, resources planning, effective client management and health, safety and wellbeing in the workplace and the field. You will also play a key role in helping to shape our strategy to grow our programmes of water efficiency work, with support from our development staff and bidding teams.
