Description |

League Against Cruel Sports is currently recruiting for a Chief Executive Officer. Are you passionate about animal welfare and ready to lead a dynamic organisation dedicated to ending cruelty to animals? Do you have the vision and leadership skills to guide a charity through its next phase of impact? As their CEO, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering the strategic vision of the charity. This is a pivotal moment for a new CEO to make their mark, as LACS reassess their strategy and priorities following the General Election and seek to leverage opportunities with the newly formed government. Working closely with the Board of Trustees, you will lead the organisation in its mission to effect change, grow its influence and maximise the impact of their campaigns.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with proven leadership experience, ideally within the nonprofit sector. You will have a strong commitment to animal welfare, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams while navigating complex challenges.
