JOB DESCRIPTION
Business Development and Sales Manager
The role is fully remote, (unless living in Bristol where there may be scope for 1 day a week in co-working space)
Hours - 3 days per week (number of hours per week over at least 3 days)
Rate per hour - minimum/living wage
Self-employed
Main Responsibilities
As a Business Development and Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for B2B sales, individual subscriptions, driving customer acquisition, and converting leads into sales for SMEs and Business groups. You'll play a critical role in helping businesses save time and money.
Additional Responsibilities (but not main focus):
Check all Policies and Procedures that arise.
Recruit volunteers and people to fill roles which might be vacant e.g. Social Media volunteer / Bid Writer / Support Field Operations Manager / Support Rep Manager / Support Rep Coordinator
Do the Day to Day - emails / meetings / Networking etc
Take pressure of Directors and Office Manager
Onboarding of new members
Office Administration - e.g sending Certificates / Tree Allocation / Gifts
Find Gaps / Pivot for 9Trees
Possible extension of the role (TBC):
Looking after Previous landowners and ensuring 50yr management plan
Looking after Partnerships
Engaging an Events coordinator

Experience
2+ years of direct sales experience
Experience in working over Google Suite and Zoom
