Administrative Assistant

Are you passionate about maintaining a functional and organised office environment and support our busy teams to operate effectively?
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to manage all administrative duties in our office and provide a wide range of administrative support to our teams. This includes managing office supplies and inventory, coordinating external contractors, keeping the office environment safe and tidy, supporting with office layout planning/re-organisation, and managing and maintaining office/IT equipment, meeting rooms and workstations.
The Administrative Assistant will also play a key role in developing and implementing office policies and procedures and identifying opportunities office management process improvements as well as design and implementation of new systems.
Candidate requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates need to be passionate about ensuring a professional office environment and supporting others.
Strong communication and organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to work proactively with minimal supervision, a drive to provide professional assistance and create a helpful and positive experience for others are essential.
The candidate must have a good understanding of IT, workstation and meeting room equipment, be able to supply and maintain equipment and provide basic user support.
