The Learning & Development Officer role offers the opportunity to play an active part in influencing and delivering UK-GBC’s learning and development programme, and ultimately drive sustainable performance across the sector. Reporting directly to the Head of Learning and Development, the Learning and Development Officer’s main responsibilities and duties are to:
- Coordinate the day to day running of the UK-GBC’s Learning & Development programme and assist in development of new educational initiatives
- Support the Head of Learning and Development in achieving UK-GBC’s objective to educate and inspire the built environment sector
- Work closely with the Marketing and Communications team in the promotion of the Learning and Development programme so that the right kind of training reaches as many people as possible
